The number one practical question
Manufacturers say "two helmets". Owners discover that means two specific helmets, arranged in one specific way, with nothing else in there.
Since storage is the main reason many people choose a scooter over a motorcycle, this thread exists to establish the reality.

"A helmet fits" is not useful. "An XL modular of this make fits, an XL full-face of that make does not" is extremely useful, because helmet shells vary enormously in size for the same nominal fit.
Also worth reporting
- Whether the underseat light works and whether there is a USB or 12V socket in there
- Whether the space is usable when the engine is warm, or whether things get hot
- Whether the seat closes properly when the space is full
- Front glovebox capacity, and whether it locks
