The decision inside the ACX range
Two scramblers, similar styling, different capacities and different licence implications. Here is how to think about it.
The licence question comes first
The 300 sits comfortably within A2 limits. The 525-class machines are A2 compliant as standard — no restriction kit, no dealer paperwork, nothing to undo later.
If you hold a full licence, this is not a factor and you can choose on character. If you are on A2, both work, which is unusual and worth knowing.
How to choose if the licence is not the issue
